Returns and exchanges

Returns: 
If you would like to return your items for any reason you may do so for store credit within 14 days from you receive your order. All items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and send you an email with your store credit.

Exchanges: 
All of our items are printed to order, meaning we do not keep an inventory. We can therefore not offer an outright exchange. If you would like a different size or colour, you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at sales@dirtandglory.com
